What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you enter — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and details about what you are looking for. We also collect the page you submitted from and the time of submission.

We use privacy-focused analytics that measure aggregate traffic patterns. It does not use cookies to track individuals across sites and does not build advertising profiles.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to quote your order, and to maintain the commercial relationship that follows. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Text messages

If you select Text as your preferred contact method on one of our forms, you are consenting to receive SMS messages from us about your enquiry and any order that follows. These are conversational business messages from our team — quotes, production updates, and answers to your questions. We do not send marketing campaigns or promotional blasts to that number.

Message frequency varies with the conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect our ability to reach you by email or phone.

We do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is sold, rented, or passed to advertisers or lead brokers under any circumstances.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and customer records are retained for as long as we have an active or prospective commercial relationship with you and for such period afterwards as our business and legal record-keeping obligations require. Ask us to delete your details and we will, subject to those obligations.

Who we share it with

Our own team, and the service providers who host this site and deliver our email. Those providers process data on our instructions and for no other purpose. We will disclose information where we are legally required to do so.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
